I was born in Monte Vista, Colorado, a small rural town with big skies and not a lot of fashion, but I found my inspiration early on. I was the girl who could spend hours playing dress-up in my mom’s and grandma’s closets, layering vintage accessories with oversized heels, creating characters out of clothing.
That curiosity turned into creativity when I started sewing outfits for my Bratz dolls out of anything I could find. Eventually, my grandma gifted me my first sewing machine, and that was the moment I leveled up.
Fashion quickly became my way of storytelling. It let me explore emotion, music, and culture all at once. I’ve always been drawn to the way clothes make people feel, how a look can empower, inspire, or connect us to something bigger than ourselves.
I earned my degree in Apparel and Merchandising with a concentration in Product Development from Colorado State University, and ever since, I’ve been chasing that same feeling I had as a kid: creating something beautiful out of nothing, and making people feel something through what they wear.
